Start with an onboarding consultation with one of our Portfolio Optimization Experts. Oyster simplifies data ingestion—only a recent inspection report with appliance information is needed to start. We can pull this data via an API with your inspection provider or through a bulk data import from your records. Oyster supplements this with additional public and private data sources to establish your property system of record and start delivering insights to power your portfolio!
