Leah Sakas

Residential real estate and operations executive with deep experience building and scaling teams, systems, and products across single-family rental and proptech.
Former executive at Zillow and Invitation Homes and its predecessor companies, where she built and led operational teams of 250+ and developed practical technology and process solutions for some of residential real estate’s most complex operating environments.
Albert Kwok
Co-Founder, CTO
Technology and AI executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling software products across early-stage startups and global enterprises including IBM, GE Digital, and General Motors.
Hands-on engineering leader with experience across AI, robotics, IoT, finance, retail, and proptech, translating complex technical problems into customer-centered products and leading teams from architecture and strategy through delivery.
Tucker McDermott
Chief Growth Officer
Growth and go-to-market executive with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling businesses across proptech, residential real estate, and facilities and maintenance technology.
Co-founder of Fay Financial and former CEO of a computer vision technology company, with prior senior GTM leadership experience at proptech unicorn SMS Assist, where he led growth across some of the country’s largest residential and commercial portfolios.
